Our fees are clear and transparent. We will discuss and agree on them with you prior to the start of work.

Our 1st Site Visit (Measured Survey or Consultation with Clients) is chargeable at a rate of £200.00 payable prior to or during the site visit.

This amount is then to be deducted from the first stage of works provided by Bright Building Solutions and only the remaining balance from the overall agreed amount is payable prior to submission. This way the Measured Survey is FREE of Charge for our clients!

Example for Single Storey Rear Extension: £900.00 (Total Charge) – £200.00 (Site Visit Charge) = £700.00 (Outstanding Payable Prior to Submission). This way the client does not owe us anything else until the drawings are ready prior to submission.

Note!!! The CAD/DWG files are subject to Copyright. We do not issue any CAD/DWG format files unless they are subject to an additional contract and prior arrangements! As they are part of our intellectual property, the client does not own these files. They do contain a lot of developed standards and objects that we have invested in which are built for the benefit of our firm to make our workflow easier.
